Needs Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 2019 to creating positive change. Our dedicated team comprises passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared vision of a just and equitable society.
We believe that sustainable development begins with empowering individuals and communities. Our initiatives are designed to address the multifaceted challenges faced by marginalized populations, including lack of access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities, as well as the impacts of natural disasters and climate change.
Governance Structure
Needs Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors comprising accomplished professionals from various fields, including social work, business, law, and academia. The Board provides strategic guidance, ensures adherence to ethical practices, and oversees the effective allocation of resources.

In 2023, we received an appreciation certificate from the Government of Tamil Nadu for our exceptional efforts in providing emergency relief and support to communities affected by the Tuticorin floods.
